Every morning, I wake up and read a couple of stories on Medium. I enjoy reading and learning about any topic, as long as it has a message, a learning aspect, or is informational. Today, I read the article https://medium.com/in-fitness-and-in-health/a-harvard-gut-doctor-avoids-these-4-popular-foods-at-all-costs-to-beat-inflammation-304395a575cd and it made me think. We read so many articles about what is good to eat, and I — at least I am — am getting lost on what is now right or wrong, what I can and cannot eat.

In the search for eternal youth, especially as we get older and start feeling our bodies are “deteriorating,” the search becomes more intense. Wouldn’t you agree? Nowadays, food is constantly on our minds because it has become so difficult to buy any good food. North American food is littered with pesticides (even so-called organic — based on what I have read), chemicals, sugars, additives, and much more. We see the results in our society; people have more diseases than ever before, and most are overweight. No wonder if you know that Big Pharma companies own the food companies; it’s a self-serving marketing model. I won’t delve into this topic any further now.
